MANAGE CONSERVATION AND HISTORIC PRESERVATION EASEMENTS IN ORDER TO PRESERVE FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION OR EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC; PROTECT NATURAL HABITATS; PRESERVE OPEN SPACE FOR SCENIC ENJOYMENT OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC; PRESERVE HISTORIC STRUCTURES; AND PRESERVE HISTORIC AREAS.
